Who We Are

Hydraulic Systems Inc. was founded in 2004 by Ross Estabrooks, Sr., an innovator who loved to "make things work better". Using years of field experience and engineering expertise, Ross set out to create a company that welcomed new ideas and focused on ways to make them work. Customers benefitted from innovative solutions and competitive pricing. As a result, HSI has become an established company that's earned a "go to" reputation for finding lasting industry solutions.

From a small business with Wyoming roots, HSI has grown into a hydraulic system manufacturer serving customers internationally in the USA, Canada, South America, and the Middle East. It is now headquartered in Texas with locations in Wyoming and Pennsylvania.

Conrad Keller, Vice President, Administration

Conrad joined HSI during the company's beginning days in Casper, Wyoming and moved with the company to its new Texas location. He oversees the management of all administrative support functions including accounting, human resources and finance. Having observed and experienced all facets of the operations, Conrad has a thorough understanding of the customer's needs and expectations. He has 18 years of operations and sales experience related to hydraulic and industrial components.

John King, Vice President, Operations

John King's initial introduction to the science of hydraulic systems began with six years of training on nuclear submarines. The training proved to be invaluable as the basis for a career in hydraulic systems that led to his association with HSI founder Ross Estabrooks, Sr. Building on Ross's philosophy of "finding a better way", John's commitment to providing products that provide answers is the basis for his leadership at HSI.

Ross Estabrooks, Account Manager

Ross began working in his dad's business at the age of 14. With 22 years of experience in the industry, he knows what customers need and want. He listens and then uses training and experience to identify the source of the problem. With the HSI team he finds solutions and puts them to work in the field. Ross knows firsthand how well HSI's products perform, and that's his mission — to share the great news!
